1. Ecto-1 Ghostbusters

Let’s start with a classic. Everyone wanted it, most owned a toy version. It’s the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters!

2. The Mystery Machine

Jinkies, it’s The Mystery Machine! The modded VW will always have a special part in our heart.

3. 1955 Peterbilt tanker truckDuel

A lot more sinister than the last two, this is the haunting 1955 Peterbilt tanker truck from the movie Duel. Anyone who’s seen this film has probably been suspicious of a behind truck on the motorway!

4. The Munster Mobile – The Munsters

How could we write this article without staring the Munsters? They are Halloween! And they had some of the best and spookiest rides we’ve ever seen. The Munstermobile is a fantastic piece of kit! Imagine taking the kids trick or treating in this baby.

5. ‘Supercar’ Bewitched

The Bewitched Supercar is one of the hottest rides in this chart. It really requires no explanation to why… Just look!!

6. 1970 Chevrolet Nova from Death Proof

You’re lying if you say you weren’t dying to be Kurt Russell driving this car in his role in Death Proof.

7.  Project Satan – Futurama

Possibly the most evil car ever made? Hmm. Created from the steering wheel from Adolf Hitler’s staff car, the left turning signal from Charles Manson’s VW, the windshield wipers from KITT and the electric motor from Ed Begley Jr’s car.

8.Ted Bundy’s VW ‘Death Wagon’

Owned and used in crime by serial killer Ted Bundy. “This was kind of like a death wagon,” said Wyndell C. Watkins Sr., a retired D.C. police deputy chief. One of the truest evil and spookiest cars we know!

9. Drag-ula - The Munsters

The Munsters get another spot in the chart with the ever-so-amazing Drag-ula drag racer owned by no other than Grampa Munster.

10. Hitler’s Mercedes-Benz DC-3

Without needing any explaining, Hitler was one of the most evil men who ever lived. Here’s his Mercedes-Benz DC-3.

11. Rolls-Royce Phantom Jonckheere

Not known for being evil with the association of a popular culture reference, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Jonckheere is simply known as being one of the most evil looking cars ever built! If I was planning to become a super-villain I’d have to acquire one of these.

12. ’Christine’ – Stephen King

The John Carpenter movie ‘Christine’ is an adaptation of a novel by Stephen King. It depicts a car with a spooky past… A car possessed by a previous owner!

13. The Car

Probably would make a great boyfriend for Christine, here’s ‘The Car’ from the movie… The Car. Possibly one of the scariest vehicles in movie history!

So, that completes our Halloween car round-up! I hope you’re not scared to go for a drive! Happy Halloween!!
